Policies

Regarding accommodation, in the surroundings of the "Marina Bay" resort, there are two accommodation structures of 5-star standards certified internationally in cooperation with the Maritim brand:

"Luxury Collection by Marina Bay" which consists of 24 rooms of the Suite typology that accommodate an average of 4 people.

"Excelsior Hotel", which has 67 rooms suitable for accommodating up to 2 people. All rooms have a balcony with a view of the sea, our pools or the internal structures of the resort. 19 of these rooms offer the possibility of twin beds.

These rooms are categorized in these typologies:

• 18 Rooms Superior Room Back View
• 21 Rooms Superior Room Pool View
• 24 Rooms Superior Sea View
• 4 Deluxe Full View Rooms

Part of the resort is a conference hall, bars, restaurants and pools to fulfill all the requests of our guests.

In addition, we inform you that in the surroundings of the resort there is also Marina Casino, which is open 24/24.

The accommodation fee includes:

1. VAT and city tax.
2. Access to 2 swimming pools and the beach. THE MAIN POOL IS +16 YEARS OLD.
3. Parking

Regarding breakfast, we offer you two options:

1. Continental buffet breakfast at the Mandarine restaurant, which costs 1500 lek/person 7:00-10:30.
   1. For children from 0-5 years, breakfast is complimentary.
   2. For children from 6-12 years old, breakfast is 50% of the fee.
2. Breakfast a la carte at the Lime Lounge rooftop bar 7:00-12:00

PS: Depending on the seasons, breakfast is included or not. Refer to the price list.

The official check-in time is at 15:00.

The official checkout time is at 11:00.

CHILDREN'S POLICY FOR FIT

1. Children 0-4.99 years old can be accommodated free of charge in all types of rooms. (Baby bed available on request)
2. Children 5-11.99 years old can be accommodated for free in the Junior suite, Family junior suite and Family suite room typologies within the maximum capacity of these rooms.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

The cancellation policy varies depending on the season. From the 16^th of May until the 30^th of September, we have a partial pre-payment policy.
To confirm the reservation, the guest is required to pre-pay the 50% of the total amount of the accommodation in the moment of the reservation, which is a nonrefundable amount.
The rest of the total must be paid one week before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR GROUP RESERVATIONS

The cancellation policy varies depending on the season. From the 16^th of May until the 30^th of September, we have a partial pre-payment policy.
To confirm the reservation, the guest is required to pre-pay the 50% of the total amount of the accommodation in the moment of the reservation.
The rest of the total must be paid one week before arrival.

To confirm a reservation, 50% prepayment is needed.

PAYMENT TERMS

• The guest is required to prepay 50% of the total amount of the accommodation in the moment of the reservation. This payment is nonrefundable in aby cancellation circumstances.
• The rest of the payment (remaining 50%) must be paid one week before arrival. This is a nonrefundable payment.

RESTRICTIONS ON MINIMUM STAY

1. For High Season (May 16 - September 30), the minimum stay for individual reservations and group reservations is 3 nights.
2. For Low Season, Middle Season, Preseason and Postseason (October 1 - May 15), the minimum stay for individual reservations and group reservations is 1 night.
